Requirements
Experience Needed:
- Agency and partner coordination. Work day to day with our agency partners across paid, web, design, and outreach. Coordinate the assets and information they need, keep deliverables on schedule with their counterparts, and keep projects moving.
- Creative review and quality control. Review agency creative and campaign work against our brand and our goals, give clear feedback, and flag early when something is heading in the wrong direction.
- Content and creative support. Support content creation across channels, producing copy and light design in-house where needed and keeping everything consistent with our brand voice.
- Lifecycle and CRM marketing. Build and maintain lifecycle, engagement, and nurture campaigns across the customer journey in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and wherever else needed, working alongside the team.
- Reporting and analytics. Partner with our RevOps function to keep marketing reporting accurate, track performance across channels, and help surface what is working and what is not.
- Campaign coordination. Help launch campaigns across channels and partners, and keep the calendar, assets, and timelines organized.
- Events and field marketing. Help plan and execute trade shows and campaigns end to end, from assets and logistics to follow-up.
Good to have:
- Strong written and verbal communication, and a good eye for creative and brand consistency.
- Experience with email or lifecycle marketing and CRM tools.
- Highly organized and reliable. You can juggle several projects and partners at once and keep everything moving without being chased.
- Comfortable with the modern marketing stack: email and CRM (GoHighLevel or similar), social tools, the basics of paid media on Meta and Google, and web analytics.
- Comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently and produce more.
- Fluent and comfortable with reporting and analytics tools.
- A proactive communicator who can hold partners accountable and keep everyone aligned.
- Experience marketing to the trades, home services, or small business owners. If you do not have it, you respect that audience and can learn their world quickly.
- Hands-on paid media, or marketing operations and attribution experience.
- Copywriting or short-form video and content production.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Meta Ads and Analytics experience
- Experience with a CRM:Β Β Hubspot, GoHighLevel, or similar
- Google Ads and Analytics experience
Industry/Tools Experience:
- Email and CRM (GoHighLevel or similar), social tools, the basics of paid media on Meta and Google, and web analytics.
- AI tools to work efficiently and produce more.
