Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and leaders across our South Florida locations. This role will serve as a key partner to local management, providing comprehensive Human Resources support across employee relations, performance management, compliance, safety initiatives, onboarding and policy administration.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting operations within a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or similar environment where safety, compliance, and employee engagement are critical to business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to support employee relations, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure positive employee experience and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support performance management, employee development, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Assist with employee engagement and retention programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and applicable labor requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within HRIS systems.
- Support OSHA compliance, workplace safety training, incident reporting, injury management, and corrective action plans.
- Participate in HR, labor, and safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Assist with leave administration, accommodations, workers' compensation claims, and return-to-work programs.
- Support compensation and benefits administration as needed.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Travel between locations as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, aerospace, industrial, or other operational environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting multi-site operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, industrial, or aerospace environments.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety programs and OSHA requirements.
- Experience supporting workers' compensation, workplace investigations, and employee relations matters.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
- Knowledge of federal and Florida employment laws and regulations.

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong conflict resolution, employee coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.

- Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach to HR support and continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods.

- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to participate in facility inspections, safety audits, and operational walk-throughs.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when needed to support operations and employee needs.
