Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support and drive full-cycle recruitment efforts across the organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, requisition management, and candidate pipeline development, with a focus on improving sourcing effectiveness, increasing applicant flow efficiency, and maintaining accurate data within the ATS. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, manage recruiting workflows, reduce time-to-fill, and deliver positive candidate experience while supporting ongoing hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, competencies, and hiring priorities.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, and offer facilitation.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, university partnerships, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes, conduct candidate outreach and initial screenings, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Create and manage requisitions, support job and salary approval workflows, and maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Greenhouse and other HR systems.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, serving as a liaison among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with HR on compensation alignment, benefits coordination, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Generate recruiting reports and analyze pipeline activity, sourcing effectiveness, and key talent acquisition metrics.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
- Support recruiting operations projects, process improvements, talent pipeline development, and ATS optimization efforts.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidate and hiring manager inquiries, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Stay informed on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and labor market conditions.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling candidate, employee, and company information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, communications or equivalent years of experience.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high‑volume, fast-paced recruiting environment, either corporate or agency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Taleo.
- Familiarity with talent sourcing strategies for technical and non‑technical roles.
- Prior experience supporting recruitment operations.
- Experience supporting diverse or high-growth environments.

Technology Stack:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred; training provided).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfort with online sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
- Ability to learn HRIS or recruitment‑related tools.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a standard office or remote environment
- Ability to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed to support a global workforce across multiple time zones
