Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly adaptable Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support local business operations and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, and HR program execution, with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and improve workforce outcomes.
- Serve as the primary resource for employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace issue management.
- Support disciplinary actions and terminations while ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including employee lifecycle administration and benefits coordination.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records within HR systems.
- Track and ensure completion of required training programs, including safety, compliance, and certification requirements.
- Support employee development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
- Support hiring activities as needed, including interview coordination and onboarding.
- Coordinate background checks and employment eligibility verification processes.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or similar environments.
- Experience working in a high-growth or evolving organization.

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Applicant tracking and performance management systems (as applicable)
- Data reporting and analytics tools (preferred)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a standard office or remote environment.
- Ability to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed to support a global workforce across multiple time zones.
- Ability to travel to support business needs.
