Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly adaptable Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support local business operations and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, and HR program execution, with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and improve workforce outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary resource for employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace issue management.
  • Support disciplinary actions and terminations while ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including employee lifecycle administration and benefits coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records within HR systems.
  • Track and ensure completion of required training programs, including safety, compliance, and certification requirements.
  • Support employee development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
  • Support hiring activities as needed, including interview coordination and onboarding.
  • Coordinate background checks and employment eligibility verification processes. 

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or similar environments.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or evolving organization.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.

Technology Stack:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Applicant tracking and performance management systems (as applicable)
  • Data reporting and analytics tools (preferred) 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a standard office or remote environment.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed to support a global workforce across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to travel to support business needs.
