As the HR Manager, you will lead the development of the company’s people strategy by designing and building scalable HR systems, shaping a high-performance culture, and championing organizational development, performance management, leadership development, and learning initiatives that support the company’s long-term growth. You will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, driving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness while establishing best-in-class people practices.
In addition, you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, HR administration, and compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, ensuring that all people processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s values and business objectives.

Our client is currently expanding its operations in the Philippines and is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic HR leadership and support the company’s continued growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organizational Planning – Work with leadership to define organizational structure and resource planning
- Performance Management – Develop KPI and evaluation systems, handle documentation, and support development conversations
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Source, screen, and hire talent
- Learning & Development – Build onboarding, training programs, and succession pipelines for key roles (especially management)
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll – Design and administer competitive, compliant compensation packages; oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy aligned with Philippine labor law (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE)
- Employee Relations & Engagement – Build a culture of excellence, manage relations, and foster retention of high-performing teams
- Discipline & Corrective Action – Investigate incidents, administer disciplinary measures, and ensure proper documentation in accordance with Philippine labor law
- HR Compliance & Admin – Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor law, manage employee records, and administer HR workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR Roles, preferably in the F&B industry
- Expertise in Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluation, and Conflict Resolution
- Strong background in Training, Career Development, and Organizational Development
- Knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policy implementation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila and thrive in a dynamic work environment
Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:
- Professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or experience in the food and beverage industry
