We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-oriented Event & Partnerships Manager to lead the planning, execution, and growth of premium events while building strategic partnerships that strengthen our brand presence. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in managing end-to-end events, collaborating with luxury brands, and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate stakeholders, and key industry partners.

You will play a critical role in conceptualizing signature events, identifying partnership opportunities, and ensuring flawless execution that reflects the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of corporate, experiential, networking, and premium events.
- Develop event strategies aligned with business, marketing, and brand objectives.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor negotiations, logistics, and post-event reporting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless event execution.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with brands, corporates, influencers, and ecosystem partners.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI clients, business leaders, sponsors, and strategic stakeholders.
- Collaborate with luxury brands and premium service providers to create exclusive event experiences.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorship packages, and collaboration opportunities that deliver mutual value.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all events and partner engagements.
- Monitor event performance through KPIs, attendee feedback, ROI analysis, and partnership outcomes.
- Stay updated with emerging event technologies, luxury market trends, and industry best practices.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams to deliver impactful initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in planning and managing large-scale corporate, experiential, or premium events.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience handling event vendors, venues, production agencies, and hospitality partners.
- Ability to manage budgets, contracts, timelines, and operational execution efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under tight deadlines and dynamic environments.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships across brands, corporates, and industry ecosystems.
- Exposure to working with HNI clients, VIP guests, or executive leadership.
- Prior experience in the luxury sector, premium hospitality, lifestyle brands, or luxury consumer experiences.
- Understanding of sponsorship management, brand collaborations, and influencer engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, event management platforms, and marketing automation solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Communications, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- 5–12 years of experience in event management, strategic partnerships, luxury brand management, hospitality, or related domains.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-profile events and building long-term strategic relationships.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify collaboration opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
