We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to support cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of project coordination practices and practical exposure to Scrum methodologies and Sprint execution. You will work closely with project managers, product owners, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, efficient planning, and successful project delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys organizing workflows, tracking project progress, and helping Agile teams achieve their goals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely execution of project plans and deliverables.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Monitor Sprint progress, identify blockers, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain project schedules, task boards, Sprint backlogs, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while providing regular status updates.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams to maintain project transparency.
- Assist in resource planning and workload coordination across project teams.
- Support continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities to optimize project workflows and Agile practices.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience participating in Scrum-based software development projects.
- Knowledge of Sprint planning, backlog management, and task tracking.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to identify project risks, escalate issues appropriately, and support timely resolutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, Agile Coordinator, or a similar project support role.
- Exposure to Agile environments with practical experience in Scrum and Sprint execution is highly preferred.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
