Position Purpose:
To support the order management process by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, stock deployment, and inventory management. The role is responsible for stock allocation based on stockholding analysis, processing sales and marketing requests, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate system transactions and reports. It also provides timely analysis of out-of-stock (OOS) items to support replenishment planning and improve product availability.
Description of Duties:
· Execute the end-to-end order management process in accordance with established procedures for all assigned brands.
· Develop and implement new order management processes to support newly acquired brands, as required.
· Perform stock deployment to consignment stores based on approved stockholding analysis and inventory requirements.
· Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure timely, complete, and accurate order fulfillment.
· Monitor out-of-stock (OOS) items, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide timely reports and recommendations to improve product availability and support replenishment planning.
· Timely and accurate preparation of outright service level report.
· Process marketing material requests and sales support requirements, ensuring complete documentation and providing served and unserved reports.
· Process outright customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules with the Warehouse to minimize purchase order cancellations.
· In-charge with other administrative tasks such as encoding of allocation to create an Outbound for the JV’s stocks allocation, sales events and store transfer.
· Facilitate the quarterly pullout of non-moving stocks from consignment stores by providing inventory reports and coordinating with the Sales team.
· Support internal audit activities by reviewing and validating compliance with key warehouse processes.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
· At least 2 year of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a related function.
· Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
· Good problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
· Customer-focused with excellent coordination and communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong data entry and reporting skills.
· Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
