Position Summary
The General Manager will oversee the strategic management of the Skin Care, Make Up, and Hair Care categories. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of the beauty industry, capable of leading brand management, product development, sales, and distribution. The ideal candidate must possess strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Brand Management:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives for Skin Care, Make Up, and Hair Care categories.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the beauty industry.
- Collaborate with brand owners and principles to align on goals and strategies.
- Product Management:
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to market launch.
- Ensure products meet market demands and consumer expectations through effective research and development.
- Sales and Distribution Management:
- Drive sales growth through innovative marketing and promotional strategies.
- Manage distribution channels to maximize market reach and penetration.
- Financial Performance:
- Analyze sales data and financial metrics to make informed business decisions.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports to monitor performance against targets.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance skills and advance their careers.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand owners and distributors.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in brand management or a senior management role within the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of driving growth in skincare, make up, and hair care categories.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of sales and financial metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on approach with a proactive, can-do spirit.
