CNC Press Brake Operator

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable CNC Press Brake Operator to join a metal fabrication team. In this role, you will set up and operate press brake equipment to produce precision-formed metal parts while maintaining high quality standards and following safe manufacturing practices.
The ideal candidate has experience working with fabrication equipment, interpreting engineering drawings, and producing accurate parts in a manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Set up and operate press brake machines for a variety of metal forming applications.
Adjust machine settings, tooling, and dies to meet production specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work orders.
Perform routine measurements and in-process inspections to verify dimensional accuracy.
Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures, to inspect completed parts.
Identify and report quality concerns or production issues as they arise.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety standards.
Help ensure production goals and quality expectations are consistently met.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience operating press brake equipment in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and standard production documentation.
Basic math skills with experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Dependable work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
