Launching a brand-new fulfillment center means building processes from the ground up. As our Change Manager, you aren't just managing tasks—you are the architect of how we work. You will own the site's project pipeline, bridge the gap between local and central teams, and ensure that our brand-new facility adopts cutting-edge, standardized processes smoothly. Your Mission
You will lead the definition and smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and systems across our fulfillment center operations.
Own the Pipeline: Manage the site’s complete project and program pipeline from initiation to launch.
Lead the PMO: Drive the project management office, track project progress, monitor KPIs, and report outcomes.
Align Stakeholders: Partner closely with local and central teams to secure resources, align project scopes, and set priorities.
Optimize & Standardize: Continuous improvement is in your DNA. You will drive innovation roadmaps and enforce best-practice standardization.
All Hands on Deck: Support site operations during peak demand periods with hands-on problem-solving and real-time metrics reporting.
What We Look For
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in change management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Core Competencies: Proven track record in project management and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a knack for data-driven problem-solving.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
Flexibility: Readiness to support the floor during shifts, weekends, and peak operational periods.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or professional Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
Hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and data analytics tools.
