Your Mission
As Operations Manager, you will lead a core shift, managing a team of Area Managers to drive high performance across safety, quality, and productivity.
Own the Shift: Drive shift-level operational performance, safety compliance, and labor management.
Lead & Develop: Coach and scale your team, ensuring optimal staffing, skills, and readiness.
Collaborate: Partner with Cross-Functional teams (Automation, OpEx, HR, IT, Transport) to solve live challenges.
Optimize: Monitor KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, and champion a continuous improvement culture.
Build the Culture: Foster an engaging, accountable, and high-energy environment from Day 1.
What We Look For
Education: High school leaving exam (Abitur/Matura) or higher education with University degree or MBA in a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in operations, logistics or manufacturing management
Leadership: Proven track record of managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
Skills: Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, and communication skills.
Languages: Proficiency in English.
Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, WMS tools, and high-volume automated operations.
