Department Overview

The Fulfillment Center team ensures orders are picked, packed, and dispatched quickly and accurately. Forklift Operators support warehouse efficiency by moving goods safely, handling pallets, and ensuring materials are positioned correctly for inbound and outbound flows.

Role Overview

As Forklift Operator, you will own the safe and efficient handling of goods using forklifts and related equipment. You will support inbound, outbound, and inventory teams by ensuring materials are stored and transported correctly. You will partner with warehouse colleagues to keep operations flowing smoothly.

What we expect from you

• Operates forklifts safely and efficiently in inbound, outbound, and storage areas.

• Supports warehouse operations by handling pallets, loading, and unloading goods.

• Ensures compliance with safety rules and correct handling of goods.

• Provides input to inventory management by keeping accurate records of moved stock.

• Maintains assigned equipment in good working condition.

What we look for

Required

• Valid forklift operator license or readiness to get trained.

• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment.

• Strong attention to safety and reliability.

• Ability to work shifts, including weekends.

• Fluent in German or English

Preferred

• Experience in fulfillment center or high-volume warehouse.

• Familiarity with WMS or handheld scanners.
