Role Overview
In this role you will work closely with Area Managers to lead teams of associates, ensure smooth workflow execution, and help optimize daily operations. You will be in close touch with associates, monitor their performance, assign tasks and oversee daily operations within your department. What we expect from you / the position to perform
Acts as a leader on the floor, assisting Area Managers with team coordination, workload distribution, and productivity tracking
Understands end-to-end warehouse processes, from inbound receiving to final dispatch, and ensures compliance with operational standards (5S, safety, accuracy)
Monitors workflow, identifies bottlenecks, and collaborates with management to improve processes and meet key performance goals
Conducts quality and safety audits, ensuring compliance with Rohlik’s policies and standards
Troubleshoots operational issues in real-time and escalates concerns as needed to minimize disruptions
Tracks and analyzes performance metrics (e.g., rates, productivity, error rates) to drive continuous improvement
Assists with shift planning and labor allocation to optimize workforce efficiency
Acts as a point of contact for associates, addressing concerns and providing guidance to maintain a high-performance work environment
Fosters a culture of teamwork, engagement, and positive morale among associates
What we look for / what we require
Required
High school leaving exam or higher education
1+ years of experience in people management, logistics, manufacturing, or operations
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to analyze data
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred
Previous experience as a Process Assistant, Lead Associate, or similar leadership role in logistics or warehouse operations
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking
Understanding of Lean or Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
