We are seeking a results-orientedย SOC Sales Executiveย with a strong background in cybersecurity and enterprise solution sales. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience sellingย Security Operations Center (SOC) services, managed security solutions, and IT security offerings to enterprise customers. You will be responsible for driving the complete sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals, while helping organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture.
Working closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams, you will understand customer security challenges, recommend tailored SOC and managed security solutions, and build long-term client relationships. The role requires a proactive sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales of Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions, including SOC-as-a-Service (SOCaaS), managed security services, and cybersecurity offerings.
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Engage with enterprise clients to understand their cybersecurity requirements and recommend appropriate security monitoring, threat detection, SIEM, and incident response solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver compelling client presentations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the sales process through successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and business development goals.
- Monitor market trends, emerging cyber threats, compliance requirements, and competitive offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer information using CRM tools.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2โ5 years of experience inย Cybersecurity Sales, SOC Sales, Managed Security Services, or IT Security Solutions Sales.
- Strong understanding of SOC services, SIEM platforms, threat monitoring, incident response, and enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven success in enterprise B2B sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand customer security challenges and translate them into effective business solutions.
- Experience collaborating with technical and pre-sales teams to develop customized cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies, sales pipeline management, and account development.
- Target-driven mindset with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
