We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedย Integration Support Engineerย to support customer onboarding, API integrations, and post-deployment technical operations for enterprise retail and e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in API integrations, SQL, and production support.
As an Integration Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration between customer systems and enterprise applications. You will collaborate with customers, technical teams, and internal engineering stakeholders to manage onboarding, validate integrations, resolve production issues, and maintain reliable system performance. This position offers an opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise integrations while contributing to process improvements and customer success.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical onboarding of customers, including integration setup, validation, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Conduct technical training sessions for customer teams on APIs, integration workflows, and system functionality.
- Test and validate REST APIs using tools such as Postman to ensure seamless system integration.
- Support integrations with third-party platforms, ERP systems, marketplaces, and external applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve API, integration, and production issues during implementation and post-deployment support.
- Act as the primary technical contact for integration-related incidents, escalations, and production support activities.
- Monitor integration health, identify issues proactively, and ensure long-term reliability and stability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, onboarding guides, integration workflows, and support procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate onboarding, testing, monitoring, and support processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and external technical teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
- Follow established support processes while contributing to continuous improvements in integration standards and best practices.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2+ years of experience in Integration Support, Technical Support, API Integration, or a similar technical role.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying, troubleshooting, and data validation.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and experience using API testing tools such as Postman.
- Basic knowledge of Java or J2EE and system integration concepts.
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and validating enterprise application integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with technical and business stakeholders.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
- Exposure to retail, e-commerce, ERP, or enterprise application environments is an added advantage.
