FXE-MEISA: Systems AnalystPosition Summary:
The primary focus of this role is supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Accounts Receivable functions and project initiatives. The remainder of the candidate's responsibilities will focus on ensuring application stability, addressing end-user issues, and maintaining Oracle program/job runtime performance standards across production and non-production environments.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, information systems, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience
- 3–5 years of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Systems Analyst experience, specifically with Release 12.0 Financials:
- Accounts Receivable (AR) application functionality
- Advanced Collections application functionality
- Financial Month-End Close processing
- User Access administration and Role Security administration
- 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle EBS project engagements (e.g., application release upgrades, business requirements gathering, and interpreting requirements to liaise with technical developer teams and Oracle support personnel).
- 3–5 years of business systems experience, including system requirements analysis, systems help desk/support, systems training, business process design, technical documentation, or Agile/Scrum project delivery.
- 3–5 years of PL/SQL proficiency to query Oracle table data for troubleshooting, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience managing Oracle application issues across multiple application environments (Production and non-Production instances).
- Hands-on experience working with case management systems, including Oracle’s Service Request (SR) tools and processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Technical & Functional Expertise:
- Deep functional understanding of Oracle EBS R12 Financials architecture, workflows, and configuration.
- Demonstrated ability to write and execute PL/SQL queries against Oracle database schemas for data investigation.
- Proven track record of monitoring and maintaining Oracle program and batch job runtime performance standards.
- Familiarity with environment management, patch/upgrade validation, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analysis & Problem Solving:
- Ability to analyze business operations, identify bottlenecks, and design effective automated solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in application support, issue triage, and process automation.
- Demonstrated business impact from prior systems and implementation work.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong human-relations, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to present and communicate effectively with management and key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business end-users and technical development teams to translate operational needs into actionable functional specifications and user stories.
- Ability to create, read, and interpret comprehensive system and technical documentation.
