What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional hands-on care to residents with dignity and compassion
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor resident well-being and promptly report concerns to the nursing team
- Support a positive, resident-focused environment
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality care
What We're Looking For:
- Current Ohio STNA certification
- Compassionate and resident-centered attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependability and flexibility to pick up shifts as needed
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Hourly Rate: $18.50-$20.50 plus shift diff
