What You'll Do:
- Provide direct resident care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding care
What We're Looking For:
- Current Ohio STNA certification
- Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and commitment to excellence
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Hourly Rate: $18.50-$20.50 plus Shift Diff
