Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) Sports Europe represents WBD’s portfolio of sports brands, channels, and platforms in Europe. Your New Role

As a Sports VOD Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful and timely fulfilment of sports content to affiliate VOD and FER platforms. Working across a range of systems and workflows, you will coordinate content delivery, investigate issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain a high-quality service. Your Role Accountabilities

• Track sports FER/VOD asset delivery through internal processing workflows through to affiliate platforms.

• Troubleshoot failed content deliveries and coordinate resolution activities.

• Liaise with ingest and support teams to resolve delivery issues in a timely manner.

• Follow up on missing thumbnails and metadata with relevant teams.

• Perform quality control checks and edit video files where issues arise and automated processes have failed.

• Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, responding to queries and issues relating to delayed or faulty content.

• Escalate system and workflow issues to the appropriate technical teams.

• Identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Stay informed on system updates and workflow changes.

• Ensure comprehensive shift handovers with colleagues.

• Partner with the VOD Scheduling team to review upcoming schedules and coordinate late changes.

• Collaborate with local sports teams, scheduling, bookings, and ingest teams to plan for upcoming high-profile events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly and work across multiple applications on a daily basis.

• Self-motivated and able to coordinate workload effectively.

• Adaptable and flexible in an environment where technology changes rapidly.

• Some experience working in VOD, digital media, or a related content operations environment preferred.

• Good sporting knowledge would be advantageous.

This role is shift based including evening and weekend work, and will require some flexibility with working hours.
