Your Role Accountabilities
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of payrolls across the EMEA region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the outsourced payroll service provider and collaborate closely to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with payroll processing calendars and local payroll requirements across EMEA countries.
- Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees, agencies, and other internal and external stakeholders, including management of case management tickets.
- Compile, analyze, and document payroll and fiscal issues to identify systemic problems and support continuous process improvements.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to ensure payroll compliance and support internal and external audits.
- Prepare payroll reports, statistics, year-end reporting, and perform data analysis using advanced Excel functionality, including VLOOKUPs, INDEX MATCH, and pivot tables.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in payroll operations supporting EMEA markets while managing sensitive and confidential information is required. Experience in a shared service or large multi-business-unit organization is an advantage.
- Must be bilingual with English language proficiency.
- Experience with Workday HR, Safeguard Payroll, or other SaaS payroll tools is required. Experience with payroll integrations and mass data loads (EIB) is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of payroll and compensation practices, including salary, benefits, taxes, and statutory requirements across EMEA countries. Experience in process management, continuous improvement, and process re-engineering.
- Strong analytical capability with experience managing high-volume payroll activities in a fast-paced environment.
