Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, focusing on Case Management, Digital Engagement, Field Service, and Self Service modules to drive operational excellenceLead the implementation of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Flows, and Platform Events to enhance business processes and user experience, ensuring timely delivery of project milestonesIntegrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce DX to enable seamless data exchange and process automationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Portal UI/UX, ensuring intuitive interfaces and improved user satisfaction scoresTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments, maintaining system reliability and performance metricsMentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment within Salesforce ecosystemsMonitor and analyze platform performance, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve scalability, security, and maintainabilityRequired Skills:
