Experience Range: With at least 8 to 12 years of experience in product management, including substantial leadership of enterprise-level product initiatives Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and evolving market demandsPrioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery, balancing business goals and technical feasibilityTranslate business requirements into actionable features and enhancements through detailed product blueprintsLead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimizationEngage stakeholders to gather feedback and build consensus among executive leadership, engineering, and business unitsAnalyze business processes at the program and enterprise level to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvementMonitor product performance using key metrics, iterating based on data-driven insights to achieve measurable outcomesConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain product differentiationRequired Skills:
Advanced proficiency in managing product backlogs using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOpsExpertise in designing product blueprints and translating business requirements into technical specificationsExperience with business process modeling at program and enterprise levelsSkill in developing and executing product roadmaps and strategic visionAbility to perform market research and competitive analysis using industry-standard methodsExperience with Agile and Scrum methodologies for product developmentFamiliarity with metrics-driven product performance monitoring and optimizationCompetence in user story mapping and requirements gatheringKnowledge of enterprise software development lifecycle and architecturePreferred Skills:
Experience with SaaS product management in large-scale environmentsFamiliarity with customer journey mapping and UX design principlesHands-on expertise in data analytics platforms for product insightsKnowledge of Lean Product Management frameworksExperience with API design and integration strategiesExposure to change management practices in enterprise settingsDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related disciplineCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile product management certificationCertification in Product Management from a recognized institution such as Pragmatic Institute or AIPMM
