Job responsibilities:
- Support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of resort technology systems, including audio, video, lighting, dimming control, IPTV, background music, digital signage, wayfinding, and LED wall systems.
- Support key audiovisual platforms, including QSC audio network systems and Crestron audiovisual control systems, as required to maintain stable and professional system performance across FOH and BOH environments.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to junior team members in daily operations, preventive maintenance, event support, system inspections, and cross-training activities.
- Maintain equipment inventory, storeroom organization, asset movement records, and technical documentation to support operational readiness.
- Coordinate and support resort technology projects, including planning, vendor coordination, testing, handover, and follow-up actions.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, integrated resort, mega shopping mall, system integration, production house, or related technical operations.
- Technical trade certificate or related qualification in electrical, electronics, mechanical, computer engineering, audiovisual technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of audio network systems, audiovisual control systems, dimming control systems, IPTV systems, signal flow, hardware installation practices, basic networking, and general computer operations.
- Knowledge of lighting, video, background music, digital signage, wayfinding, and LED wall system operation.
- Hands-on experience with QSC audio network systems and Crestron audiovisual control systems.
- Relevant professional certifications such as QSC, Crestron, Dante, Extron, and LED display or video processing certifications.
- Experience with servers, virtual servers, network-based audiovisual platforms, vendor coordination, project handover, and cross-training activities.
- Ability to guide junior team members, coordinate daily priorities, communicate with stakeholders, and support documentation, asset control, and service improvement activities.
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese or Mandarin, with basic English communication skills.
- Able to work shifts, evenings, overnight duties, weekends, and public holidays as required.
