Job Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services while adhering to company policies and SOP requirements

• Establish effective working relationships with supervisory and non-supervisory employees in the casino and other functional and support departments

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned product and service categories

• Ensure that vendors in assigned area of products, services or specific departments meet established delivery dates at the lowest possible price with required quality and quantity

• Participate in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports on purchasing spend activity

• Resolve procurement-related issues and proactively manage risks associated with fulfilling purchasing requirements for assigned products, services, or departments

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years work experience in Purchasing, Finance or related position, requiring a high level of attention to detail and analytical skills, Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred

• High school graduate or equivalent. Bachelor Degree in Business related field preferred

• Proficient in English and Cantonese, Mandarin strongly preferred

• Good working knowledge of PC computer software (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

• Experience with procurement, inventory and/or warehouse platforms preferred

• Ability to be flexible and be multi-tasked, organization skills to function effectively with attention to details while meeting established deadlines
