POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Senior Host, Entertainment & Events shall primarily be tasked to support the department in various functions including but not limited to talent & artist management, show schedule & production, event production and operation, administrative and other related tasks as may be required by the business unit.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:    
1.    Participates in the sourcing, documentation, operation, coordination and production of live entertainment and events content for City of Dreams Manila.
2.    Involvement in the coordination of all in-house and contracted artists & talents.
3.    Assists the Department in all related shows and productions and other various responsibilities.
4.    Maintains strict compliance with the entertainment schedule of shows and performances for the day.
5.    Monitors the scheduling and conduct of contracted performers and talents.
6.    Supports the logistics and administrative matters of the contracted performers and talent.
7.    Performs tasks and/or fulfill responsibilities that may be assigned by management and/or immediate superior as the business operations required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

I.    Experience

About 1-2 years working experience in either fields of event management, concert/film production, advertising etc. is an advantage.

II.    Education 

Diploma or degree holder in Event Management, Mass Communications, Theater/Performing Arts or other related disciplines is desirable but not required.

III.    Skills / Competencies 

1.    Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and other foreign language
2.    Basic knowledge in event production and operation
3.    Basic Knowledge in wardrobe repair, make-up and hair styling
4.    Must have a high-level of guest servicing and interpersonal skills
5.    Proficiency in MS Applications
