Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.

We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with an 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.

About The Role

We're looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR function across both offices: the EMEA team in Berlin and the US team in New York.

You'll own the pipeline number for both regions, hire and ramp the reps who hit it, and build the outbound playbook they run. The function is early, so this is as much about deciding how we do outbound as it is about managing the people who do it. You'll coach on the phone daily, sit close to the AEs your team feeds, and build the bench that becomes our next generation of closers.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not an oversight one. You'll be in the call reviews, in the sequences, and in the numbers.

What You'll Do

• Own the qualified pipeline number across EMEA and the US, and the forecast that sits behind it.

• Hire, onboard, and ramp SDRs in Berlin and New York, and build the ramp plan that gets them productive fast.

• Coach the team on cold calling, messaging, and objection handling through daily call reviews and live feedback.

• Own the outbound playbook: targeting, sequencing, and messaging, developed with Sales, Marketing, and GTM Engineering.

• Set targets and hold the team to activity and conversion standards, with clear reporting to leadership.

• Partner with the AE team on handoff quality and meeting-to-opportunity conversion.

• Build the path from SDR to Account Executive, and get people down it.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading an SDR or BDR team with direct accountability for a pipeline number.

• A track record of team leadership with accountability for collective results, not just individual overachievement.

• You were strong at outbound before you led it, and you can still get on the phone and show someone how.

• Experience managing people across more than one location or time zone.

• Comfortable building where the structure does not exist yet, and turning what works into a repeatable playbook.

• Fluent with the numbers: you manage activity and conversion rates, not just effort.

• Willingness to travel to US as needed.

Bonus Points

• Experience standing up an SDR function from scratch, or being the first SDR manager in a company.

• Experience running outbound into both European and US markets.

• Hands-on with outbound tooling such as Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or n8n.

• Familiarity with the SEO, content marketing, or digital analytics space.
