Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.

We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $15M ARR, with an 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.

About the role

We're looking for a GTM Enablement Specialist to make sure everything our customers and prospects see from Peec is high-quality, accurate, and on-brand. You'll sit between Growth, Sales, Customer Experience and design, and own the materials, stories, and market knowledge those teams rely on every day: decks and offers, case studies, and competitive intelligence.

This role is for someone who holds a high bar on craft and moves fast. We use AI to speed up our GTM work, and we expect you to do the same. We also expect you to be the person who catches generic, low-effort output before it reaches a customer. Our brand and our customer experience matter too much to ship anything less than excellent.

What you'll do

• Own Peec's branded GTM materials: sales decks, offers, one-pagers, and proposal templates. Work with our Design team to keep them current, consistent, and pixel-perfect

• Build our case study program with product marketing: identify the right customers with CX and Sales, run interviews, turn results into compelling stories, and get them in front of prospects

• Run competitive intelligence: track what competitors ship and say, turn it into clear, practical resources our teams use in live deals, and flag what matters to Product and leadership

• Build workflows and automations that speed up how GTM teams find, create, and use materials, using AI where it genuinely improves the result

• Act as the connective tissue between Growth, Sales, and CX: gather what each team needs, align on priorities, and make sure everyone works from the same story

• Learn our product and the AI search space deeply, and translate new features and market shifts into materials within days, not weeks

• Decide what to work on first when ten teams need ten things, and build systems so the same request doesn't need to be solved twice

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years in sales enablement, product marketing, GTM operations, or a similar role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company

• A strong eye for aesthetics: you notice misaligned elements, inconsistent fonts, and off-brand colors, and you know when something looks right. You don't need to be a designer, but you're comfortable making clean edits in Figma, or similar

• Clear judgment on AI-generated content: you use AI to move faster, you know when it makes the work worse, and you push back when quality slips

• Strong product sense: you pick up a technical product and a new market quickly and can explain both simply

• Proven ability to prioritize and think in systems in a fast-moving environment, where priorities change weekly

• Experience working across teams with different goals, and the communication skills to keep them aligned without slowing them down

• Hands-on experience building workflows and automations

• Excellent written English. You write clearly and cut anything that doesn't earn its place

Bonus points

• Some exposure to SEO, GEO, or marketing tech, or the curiosity to get up to speed quickly

• Experience running a customer story or case study program

• Experience building competitive intelligence from scratch

• Experience at an early-stage company during a period of rapid scale

• Fluent German
