Primary Job Duties: Includes, but is not limited to:

• Perform daily non-gaming revenue audits for all operational areas, including Food & Beverage, Hotel, Retail, Spa, Parking, and other resort revenue centers.
• Conduct daily audit procedures related to credit cards, complimentary transactions, guest ledger activity, room charges, and cash over/short variances.
• Reconcile revenue reports to source documentation and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Generate daily audit and summary reports, process data batches, and verify counts and totals for accuracy.
• Support revenue center setup and maintenance, including comp code administration, fraud analysis, and comp reporting activities.
• Review, code, log, and verify financial documents and invoices, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain organized records and files, assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis, and provide administrative support as needed.
• Identify, investigate, and communicate discrepancies, operational issues, or compliance concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Prioritize workload effectively, adapt to procedural changes, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Contribute to departmental and organizational objectives by assisting with special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum of 6 months of accounting experience (or equivalent education/training) and a high school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 21 years old.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and occasional hours outside the normal work schedule; able to meet any required certifications or licensing requirements.
  

Preferred: 

• At least six months of accounting experience in a similar or related field.
• Experience with hotel, POS, other non-gaming, and/or financial systems.
• Working knowledge of Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) regulations
• Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
