Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for digital finance solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
• Translate finance challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Partner with design, engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
• Drive adoption, efficiency gains, and business outcomes across the finance product portfolio.
• Lead AI-enabled product discovery and identify opportunities to enhance user experiences.
• Monitor product performance, usage trends, and operational health to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage dependencies across products with stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate delivery.
• Champion effective release communication, adoption plans, and feedback-driven product enhancements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Proven product management experience with ownership of strategy, prioritization, delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience defining product requirements, success metrics, and user-centered solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across finance, engineering, data science, and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of driving execution and continuous improvement.
• Practical understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and enthusiasm for applying them in product management.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for improving how people work through digital innovation.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with finance, analytics, or operational workflow products; track record of identifying when to integrate versus build.
• Practical familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, prompt design, how systems work) and relevant certifications in product management,  data analytics, or AI/ML -related disciplines.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 40,500 - 75,300 EUR  gross.

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
