Anduril’s Design Team is seeking a Photo & Video Producer for Test & Evaluation to join our team. The Design Team leads Anduril’s brand identity, visual communication, digital, photography, film, concept art, and industrial design. Our team’s purpose is connecting the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand.

As a Producer for Test & Evaluation, you will be supporting the Senior Manager, Photo & Video Production to coordinate and execute photo and video test capture efforts across various business lines.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Intake, prioritize, and execute test capture requests across distinct operational tiers - from high-fidelity cinematic capture to highly technical engineering validation tests.
• Gather vendor and crew estimates, assemble and present production budgets to project stakeholders, and manage the end-to-end accounting process by tracking, processing, and approving crewing and rental invoices through payment.
• Lead pre-production logistics, including schedule coordination, crew booking, vendor onboarding, equipment rentals and coordination to sites, as well as drafting call sheets and vendor agreements.
• Partner with Design creative leads to brief contractors and creative teams prior to capture on milestone events, ensuring creative direction aligns with design and company standards.
• Work with Technical Cinematographer to setup systems and best practices for engineering and test teams to execute data capture.
• Partner closely with Test & Evaluation (T&E) and Design Program Managers and Business Line Leads to align on capture priorities and goals prior to execution.
• Coordinate post production of deliverables across varying scopes from long form storytelling to quick turnarounds engineering efforts in partnership with the Post-Production team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4 years professional experience in photo, and/or film production.
• Understanding of creative approach and production processes in photo, and film from pre-production through post production and delivery.
• Familiarity with agency-style ways of working.
• Hands-on team player, reliable self-starter, highly organized and resourceful, with attention to detail.
• Strong and concise communicator, with the ability to articulate clear processes.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Knowledge of digital asset management, JIRA, Oracle, and Airtable are a plus.
• Must be able to carry and lift loads up to 50lbs
• Must work on-site at HQ in Costa Mesa, CA.
• Must be willing to travel 25% of the time.
