Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for its client for a Qualified Occupational Therapist to join a Reablement service in Southampton.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced OT to support individuals to maximise their independence, reduce ongoing care needs and progress into Reablement services.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Reablement-focused role
- Assess individuals receiving bridging support
- Identify opportunities to maximise independence
- Assess and recommend equipment and adaptations
- Moving & handling assessments and recommendations
- Rehabilitation interventions
- Care planning, risk assessments and reviews
- Work alongside therapy teams, Reablement staff and partner agencies

Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC registration required
- Health or social care experience required
- Reablement/community experience desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
