Job Description

1. Operations Management (80%)

• Input customer data, such as: Receive Date, Customer’s name by manual for
• Internal control.
• Prepare loan agreement and collateral details for Commercial & Corporate, Business Banking, Financial Institutions, PFS and SAM Customers etc. are complied with Loan Documentation Instruction (LDI), CAS, Service Level Agreement (SLA), Legal guidelines, and other internal policies guidelines.
• Work actively with Section Head to achieve satisfactory audit review for all daily processes.
• All other general administrative tasks pertaining to loan documentation.
• Co-operate with BU&PFS Credit in submitting the loan agreement and collateral details.
• Forward Loan & security Document in Asia form/Thai form to Business Units.
• Forward document to Loan Verification Section (CAC).
• Contribute to the achievement of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and work actively to achieve KORIs.
• Work actively with Section Head to support new product / services launches of BU&RCA.
• Work actively with Section Head to meet SLA turnaround time for daily processes.
• Work actively with Section Head to ensure compliance of KRCSA, AML, CSA and risk control descriptions.
• Assist other staff on credit operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with banking secrecy guidelines.

1.1 Operation-related

• All other general administrative tasks pertaining to company loan documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with banking secrecy guideline and the bank internal policies and guidelines.
• Pack and maintain proper record for all archiving of company documents.
• Assist other staffs on Loan Agreement / Mortgage Registration Section.
• File all supporting documents into credit working files.

1.2 Compliance / Quality Control

• Ensure strict compliance with banking secrecy guidelines.

2. Human Resource Management (10%)

• Give feedback objectively on team members under his / her charge during the year-end performance appraisal.
• Instill the spirit of teamwork, co-operation and commitment amongst team members to create a conductive and professional working.
• Identify skill gaps and arrange for staff to attend relevant training courses

3. Customer service Management (5%)

• To assist officers in all administrative / support tasks so that efficient and quality service can be rendered to customers as per Service Level Agreements.
• Collect and complies statistics or the preparation concerning report.
• Co-operate with Business Units in submitting the legal documents to clarify in their requirement if Loan Documentation Instruction don’t clear.

4. Communication (5%)

• Accept guidance readily from supervisors and Team new tasks fast.       Participate in discussion sessions to solve work-related issues.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on operations-related matters.
• Contribute towards building a conductive work environment in the Team.  

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Law or Legal Agreement from financial institution
• Experience in loan documentation, credit administration, loan operations, or banking operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Loan Agreement and Securities Agreement (loan / leasing / factoring agreement and security agreement).
• Knowledge of Legal Business in banking  and good understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and operational controls.
• Good command of spoken and written in English.
• Highly honesty, integrity and competence.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
