Innovative Medicine/ヤンセンファーマ株式会社　デリバージャパン（生産物流本部）ではカスタマーサービススタッフを募集しています。

製薬業界において、社内外の関係先(特約店、取引先、マーケティング、物流センター、品質部門、業務委託先、及びMR)とコミュニケーションを取りながら、受注業務の処理・在庫転送・購買・改善の実行を担当して頂きます。

主な責務：

• 受注業務、在庫転送業務、購買業務
• 基幹システムや周辺システムのオペレーション習得やエラーハンドリング
• 社内手順書の定期レビューと改訂
• SOXや品質関連の社内外の監査対応
• 社内外の関係先(特約店、マーケティング、物流センター、品質部門、業務委託先、及びMR)との円滑なコミュニケーション(電話、メールなど)
• 国内外のステークホルダーとの改善・プロジェクトに参画し、プロアクティブな活動の実行
• 新製品/新サービス提供スキーム導入支援
• 全体最適の視点での受注業務の効率化や改善の立案・実行
• ミスや問題発生時の事後及び予防策の立案、実施と定着

資格

経験とスキル：

• 社内外のコミュニケーションを円滑に行える方
• コンプライアンスへの意識
• 関連法規、SOPの習得に前向きな方
• ミスや問題発生時に、リカバリーや恒久対策をオーナーシップをもって対応できる方
• 問題に対して多面的に要因を抽出・分析して問題解決することに興味のある方
• 新しい取り組みに対して、主体的に前向きに取り組む姿勢のある方
• MS Office (エクセル(関数使える方、学ぶ意欲がある方)、パワーポイントなど)

A ）SAPを使った業務経験

B）ヘルスケア業界経験（2年以上）
