募集要項：
Innovative Medicine/ヤンセンファーマ株式会社 デリバージャパン（生産物流本部）ではカスタマーサービススタッフを募集しています。
製薬業界において、社内外の関係先(特約店、取引先、マーケティング、物流センター、品質部門、業務委託先、及びMR)とコミュニケーションを取りながら、受注業務の処理・在庫転送・購買・改善の実行を担当して頂きます。
主な責務：
- 受注業務、在庫転送業務、購買業務
- 基幹システムや周辺システムのオペレーション習得やエラーハンドリング
- 社内手順書の定期レビューと改訂
- SOXや品質関連の社内外の監査対応
- 社内外の関係先(特約店、マーケティング、物流センター、品質部門、業務委託先、及びMR)との円滑なコミュニケーション(電話、メールなど)
- 国内外のステークホルダーとの改善・プロジェクトに参画し、プロアクティブな活動の実行
- 新製品/新サービス提供スキーム導入支援
- 全体最適の視点での受注業務の効率化や改善の立案・実行
- ミスや問題発生時の事後及び予防策の立案、実施と定着
- 書類の整理・保管業務
資格
- 学歴：大卒
経験とスキル：
必須要件：
- 社内外のコミュニケーションを円滑に行える方
- コンプライアンスへの意識
- 関連法規、SOPの習得に前向きな方
- ミスや問題発生時に、リカバリーや恒久対策をオーナーシップをもって対応できる方
- 問題に対して多面的に要因を抽出・分析して問題解決することに興味のある方
- 新しい取り組みに対して、主体的に前向きに取り組む姿勢のある方
- MS Office (エクセル(関数使える方、学ぶ意欲がある方)、パワーポイントなど)
- 以下のA ) B)いずれかを必須とする
A ）SAPを使った業務経験
B）ヘルスケア業界経験（2年以上）
推奨事項：
- システムや業務処理自動化に興味がある方
- MS Office (パワークエリ、パワーオートメイトなど)
その他：
- 言語要件 – 日本語(ネイティブもしくはバイリンガルレベル)、英語(読み書き可能、将来的にスピーキングもビジネスレベルで使用したいという意欲がある方)
