More than 110,000 state and local government agencies across the U.S. independently publish information about how they operate, what they buy, who they work with, and what problems they are trying to solve. That information is fragmented across millions of websites, documents, databases, procurement systems, meeting records, and public records.

NationGraph turns that information into structured, connected, actionable intelligence for businesses selling to government.

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to own the technical systems behind acquisition, experimentation, analytics, and go-to-market automation at NationGraph.

You’ll work at the intersection of engineering and growth, building the software that helps us reach the right prospects, turn interest into pipeline, and understand what is working. You’ll take ideas from an initial hypothesis through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration.

A meaningful part of your work will reach customers and prospects directly. We’re looking for a strong engineer with taste: someone who cares about the quality of an interaction, the clarity of the copy, and the details that make an experience feel thoughtful and human.

AI-powered outbound and sales automation

Agentic news and content pipelines

Growth analytics and attribution

Landing pages, personalization, and A/B testing

APIs, data pipelines, and GTM integrations

What You’ll Do

Scale our automated SDR infrastructure

Own the systems behind prospecting, enrichment, AI research and personalization, lead qualification, routing, and CRM sync.

Monitor performance and improve the relevance and quality of outreach as we scale.

Develop our agentic news and content pipeline

Iterate on the agents and workflows that power our news and content pipeline.

Experiment with content, formats, and distribution, measuring what earns attention and creates qualified demand.

Own growth measurement

Own PostHog, GA4, Google Search Console, and the broader growth analytics stack, including instrumentation, funnels, attribution, conversion analytics, and reporting.

Connect website activity, campaigns, and CRM data so Growth and Sales can understand what generates pipeline and where prospects drop off.

Ship website experiments

Build landing pages, A/B tests, and personalized experiences that improve acquisition and conversion.

Ship polished experiments directly to thousands of potential customers, with close attention to UX, copy, presentation, and performance.

Connect Growth and Sales

Build lead routing, enrichment, lifecycle tracking, pipeline analytics, and workflow automation across our GTM systems.

Reduce manual handoffs and keep prospect and customer data consistent across tools.

Build the infrastructure behind growth

Own the APIs, data pipelines, dashboards, and agent infrastructure supporting these systems.

Make successful experiments reliable and repeatable, with monitoring that catches failures and data quality issues.

You Might Be a Good Fit If

You’re a strong engineer who can independently ship and maintain production-quality software.

You’re strong in Python and TypeScript and comfortable working across APIs, databases, webhooks, SQL, and third-party integrations.

You’ve built with LLM APIs and understand how to turn AI workflows into dependable systems.

You understand analytics, experimentation, funnels, and attribution, and can use data to decide what to build next.

You have strong product judgment and high standards for UX, copy, and presentation. You notice when something works technically but feels unfinished.

You move quickly, make sensible tradeoffs, and are comfortable turning ambiguous problems into something useful.

You care about the business outcome of your work and follow through after launch to see whether it delivered.

You naturally think about how to turn a successful growth motion into a system that can scale.

We’re particularly interested in backgrounds spanning growth engineering, full-stack product engineering, marketing technology, revenue systems, and AI automation. None of these specific backgrounds are requirements.
