About the job 

You strengthen our recruitment experience, talent attraction capabilities, and employer brand across the Business Area Mining. You drive initiatives that position us as an employer of choice by leveraging our EVP and adapting approaches to different personas, markets, and business needs. Close collaboration with divisions, sales areas, HR teams, and recruiters is a natural part of your everyday work. 

Job responsibilities 

• Support recruiters and HR teams using tools, platforms, and processes to deliver a consistent recruitment experience. 

• Drive continuous improvements by following up on feedback, tracking KPIs, and identifying trends. 

• Contribute to the development and optimization of recruitment tools, guidelines, and supporting materials. 

• Enable the implementation of employer branding initiatives across digital channels, campaigns, events, and other talent touchpoints. 

• Enable and support talent attraction activities such as career fairs, industry events, and networking initiatives. 

• Use data and analytics to evaluate initiatives and turn insights into actionable recommendations. 

Location and flexibility 

This is a global position. Stockholm is the preferred location, although flexibility is offered for the right candidate.  

Your profile 

You bring a solid foundation within people, communication, or business-related fields and have gained experience working with talent attraction in a global or cross-functional context. You understand how employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment processes come together to create impact, and you’re motivated by improving and scaling how work gets done. 

Your background includes 

• A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field. 

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate experience, and talent markets. 

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, data analytics, or continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Excellent communication skills in English 

• Project management capabilities.
