About the job 

You strengthen Machining’s ability to identify, develop and realize value from AI. Working across divisions, common functions, Machining IT, Group IT and specialist communities, you build alignment, influence priorities, and help accelerate AI adoption and value creation across the organization.  

Job responsibilities 

• Lead selected Machining-wide AI initiatives with clear business value. 

• Support and coach divisions and functions that need additional AI expertise or capacity. 

• Connect business needs with suitable technology, platforms, architecture and specialist competence. 

• Guide AI opportunities from initial idea and business case through implementation, adoption and value realization. 

• Drive change by building alignment, influencing stakeholders, and establishing ways of working that accelerate AI impact. 

• Enable responsible AI by helping stakeholders navigate architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, legal, ethical and data requirements. 

Location 

This position is based at the World Trade Center in Stockholm. 

Your profile 

You’re a collaborative and business-oriented leader who enjoys shaping direction, influencing decisions and turning opportunities into tangible results. You bring senior experience from AI, IT, digital, data, analytics, or automation in a complex international organization. Combining a broad understanding of AI with practical delivery experience, you connect technology opportunities to business outcomes. 

Your background includes 

• Practical experience developing AI use cases, business cases, implementation, adoption and value realization. 

• A solid understanding of generative AI, machine learning, agentic solutions, analytics, automation, data foundations and cloud-based AI services. 

• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving change across business units, functions and specialist organizations. 

• A university degree, master’s degree, or equivalent training and experience in a relevant field. 

• Fluency in written and spoken English. 

Experience from an industrial, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or B2B environment is an advantage, as are knowledge of governance, portfolio management or ways of working for emerging technologies. 

Success in this position comes from your ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and turn opportunities into results. You're comfortable navigating between strategic discussions and practical execution while balancing local needs with enterprise-wide value.
