営業教育部教育開発Gの一員として、営業部門全体への研修実施および研修資料の企画・作成・ローンチを通じて営業部門全体の生産性向上に貢献する。

【職務詳細】　

・BAU研修（新入社員、中途入社社員、人材ポートフォリオ、管理職向けetc）の企画／実行に関するサポート業務

・研修や業務推進に関わる資料（研修資料、募集補助資料etc）の、企画・作成・審査手配に関する業務

・営業部門全体の能力開発に必要な研修および必要な資料の企画立案。

・営業部門全体の営業効率化に資する業務や仕組みの企画立案。

【必須のスキル・経験】

・生命保険ビジネスへの深い理解または強い関心

・コミュニケーション能力（DBM各チャネルとのコミュニケーション・DBM外部門のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション）

・チームプレイヤー

・高い日本語力（複雑な内容の会話でも誤解なく意思疎通できるレベル）

・Excel、Word、PowerPointを使用した資料作成

【有れば尚可のスキル・経験】

・生命保険会社や金融機関（銀行・証券）のトレーニング部門での業務経験

・生命保険業界での営業経験（直接・間接）
