職務詳細：

• 支払グループのチーム運営のサポートおよび一部リード
• 保全支払業務(解約・年金・生存・満期・貸付等)の運営管理のサポート（一部領域のリードを含む）
• 保全支払業務における事務企画・業務改善の推進（マネージャーと連携）
• 保全支払業務における顧客体験向上に向けた施策の企画・実行支援
• 保全支払ベンダー管理・契約対応のサポート

スキルと経験　（必須）：

• 生命保険会社、または金融機関における保全・事務業務の実務経験（契約管理・支払・顧客手続等）
• 保全支払関連業務(解約・年金・生存・満期・貸付等)の理解
• 保全支払業務における業務設計・改善に携わった経験があれば尚可
• チームリードまたはメンバー指導経験（人数不問）
• 小規模チームのリーダー経験があれば尚可
• 業務プロセスの改善経験
• 部門横断での調整を円滑に進められる高いコミュニケーション能力
• 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、PowerPoint など）
   

スキルと経験 （有れば尚可）：.

• 業務マニュアル整備・教育体制構築に関する経験
• 業務システム刷新・改善・導入など、プロジェクトへの参画・推進経験

社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン：

ハイブリッド勤務になります。社外勤務は当社のガイドライン(Working Better)に従ってチームで決定いたします。

残業について：

残業は月40時間程度を想定します

給与：

• 経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。
• 通勤交通費支給（当社規定による）
• 変動賞与年1回（個人、会社業績に応じて支給）

勤務時間：

原則　9：00～17：00（実働7時間）　フルフレックス制度あり
