In this role, you will leverage your expertise in core banking platforms and delivery management to lead complex initiatives, enhance operational performance, and create sustainable business value in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Core Banking solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance on technical requirements, solution architecture, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive project planning, estimation, execution, and governance to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Identify and recommend innovative approaches, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and business performance.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and support organizational change initiatives.
- Stay current on emerging trends, technologies, and market developments within the banking industry.
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Core Banking platforms and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience delivering technology transformation initiatives within the banking industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex delivery environments.
