Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed are robust, scalable, and tailored to support business objectives efficiently. Continuous evaluation and refinement of application components are integral to maintaining alignment with evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integrations and Salesforce Flows
The architect is expected not only to develop solutions but also provide technical guidance to teams on Salesforce development practices.
The candidates should have Salesforce Architect certificates like Certified Application Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect.
Candidates should have exposure to GenAI tools that support Salesforce development such as Cursor, Claude, and AgentForce Vibes. The expectation is that the candidate can guide teams on practical usage of these tools in Salesforce engineering environments.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of system design principles and architectural frameworks related to Salesforce environments.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with various enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models relevant to Salesforce platforms.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges within Salesforce architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
