What Will You Do?

To grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

• Work is assigned, and general instructions are given for routine work; more detailed instruction is provided for new projects.
• Participates in various aspects of solution development and support.
• Contributes in the creation of detailed project plans and assists in the management and control of assigned projects and tasks.
• Effectively communicate and work with other team members (from business sectors and other IT teams) to develop system requirements.
• Applies knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems.
• Escalates non-standard problems or issues.
• Assists in testing solutions.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• BS or equivalent experience.
• Experience with the Microsoft suite of tools.
• Knowledge of the system requirement definition process and modeling methods and tools.
• Ability to gather and convey information to senior level employees and business clients.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills (written & verbal) with both IS and business personnel.
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
• Understanding of the platform, data loader & data management, process builder, flows, approval processes
