What Will You Do? 

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: 

• Collaborate with digital product owners and business stakeholders to understand objectives, customer needs, pain points, and opportunities within the eBusiness portfolio.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements through structured intake, approvals, implementation, and fulfillment processes.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications aligned with the digital product vision.
• Ensure traceability between business objectives, user stories, and delivered solutions throughout the sprint lifecycle.

What Do You Need? 

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting digital, eCommerce, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with requirement and project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (preferred), Jira, or Trello.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
