Serves as a senior subject matter expert for technology governance, leading complex governance initiatives and providing authoritative guidance across the organization to strengthen the technology control environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leads complex technology governance assessments, control design, and/or testing initiatives. 
2. Advises senior leaders on technology risk posture and control effectiveness. 
3. Designs and enhances enterprise technology governance frameworks. 
4. Guides remediation strategies for significant or systemic risk issues. 
5. Mentors and provides technical guidance to other governance professionals. 

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.

2. Extensive experience in technology governance or related disciplines. 
3. Demonstrated expertise in regulatory requirements and control frameworks. 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
2. Experience in the financial services industry.
3. Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Networking and Cloud Certifications (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, or equivalent).
4. Strong and Expert knowledge of CTO technology capabilities, processes and frameworks related to as SDLC/TDLC, Incident and Problem Management, CI/CD, Cloud Technologies, Networking and Storage technologies, understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles,
5. Proven ability to manage complex technology governance projects, programs, and initiatives.

The annual base salary for this position is $150,000 - $175,000
