Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications that support business functions. The position demands a dynamic approach to problem-solving, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to analyze complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical support requests.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills related to supply chain management systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
