Job Summary:
In this role, you will support end-to-end execution and optimization of digital commerce operations across owned and third-party platforms. The focus will be on digital shelf excellence, category execution, content operations, pricing and promotions, merchandising, and emerging commerce models such as social commerce. You will apply industry benchmarks, best practices, and data-led insights to drive scalable, high-quality, and monetization-focused commerce outcomes while actively leveraging AI-enabled tools within commerce operations.

Areas of Work: Digital Commerce Execution & Operations

Roles & Responsibilities: As part of these, you will drive, lead the workstream or the consulting team in the following:

Business processes and e-commerce platform knowledge

• Manage digital shelf execution across owned and third-party commerce platforms
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product listings, content, pricing, and availability
• Execute commerce playbooks aligned to platform-specific best practices
• Support social commerce and emerging channel execution

Industry best practices

• Apply industry benchmarks to improve digital shelf KPIs including content quality, availability, pricing parity, and ratings & reviews
• Monitor competitive pricing and promotion effectiveness using standard metrics
• Drive continuous improvement across commerce execution processes

Bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions

• Translate business objectives into operational commerce actions
• Work with commerce enablement tools (PIM, DAM, CMS, marketplace platforms)
• Support data hygiene, content governance, and standardized operational workflows

Understanding of business language

• Interpret KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarks to generate actionable insights
• Connect execution metrics to commercial outcomes such as GMV, conversion, and revenue uplift

Assets, Solutions and POVs

• Contribute to execution frameworks, benchmarks, and reusable commerce playbooks
• Support AI-assisted and automation-led approaches to content, merchandising, and analytics

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Lead and support digital commerce execution initiatives
• Own and track operational commerce KPIs
• Execute 4P strategy implementation across platforms
• Support content operations, campaign management, and promotional governance
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Accenture, client, ecosystem partners)
• Leverage AI-enabled tools for content creation, enrichment, analytics, and efficiency
• Apply structured problem-solving and data-led decision-making

Additional Information:

• MBA preferably from Tier 1 Institute.
• This role requires the ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with strong attention to detail, execution rigor, and a continuous improvement mindset. Prior consulting exposure and client-facing experience are strong advantages.
