Une opportunité s’ouvre aujourd’hui au sein de la Direction Commerciale, dans l'équipe Sales, pour un rôle de VIE Sales Support Executive.

Rattaché(e) au Sales Operations Manager, vous apporterez un soutien à l’équipe de distribution indirecte. Il s’agit d’un support transverse qui se compose d’une partie marketing, analytique et administrative. 

Les missions du VIE Sales Support Executive sont les suivantes :

Support logistique

• Gestion des demandes via une boîte mail dédiée. 

• Organisation et participation aux corporate events, salons, fam trips, eductours & visites des terminales. 

• Organisation des team buildings et réunions internes qui sortent de l’ordinaire. 

• Gestion de petits comptes et développement commercial de ceux-ci. 

• Gestion complète des goodies, de leur commande à la mise à jour de l’inventaire. 

• Support dans la gestion de projets. 

Support administratif

• Gestion complète des evouchers partenaires, de leur création à la facturation.  

• Suivi des budgets de l’équipe B2B & Indirect Sales. 

• Création et modification des fiches fournisseurs et génération des Purchase Order numbers. 

• Suivi facturation avec les prestataires, fournisseurs et la finance. 

• Gestion complète des evouchers partenaires, de leur création à la facturation.  

• Création et mise à jour des processus. 

• Garantir la qualité des données dans le CRM Salesforce.

An opportunity is currently available within the Commercial Department, in the Sales team, for a VIE Sales Support Executive.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will provide support to the indirect distribution team. This is a cross-functional support role covering marketing, analytical and administrative activities.

The VIE Sales Support Executive will be responsible for the following:

Logistics Support

• Managing requests received through a dedicated mailbox.
• Organising and participating in corporate events, trade shows, familiarisation trips, educational tours and terminal visits.
• Organising team-building activities and other internal meetings and events.
• Managing small accounts and contributing to their business development.
• Managing the entire promotional merchandise process, from ordering to inventory updates.
• Providing support with project management.

Administrative Support

• Managing partner e-vouchers end-to-end, from creation through to invoicing.
• Monitoring the B2B & Indirect Sales team’s budgets.
• Creating and amending supplier records and generating Purchase Order (PO) numbers.
• Following up on invoices with service providers, suppliers and the Finance team.
• Creating and updating processes.
• Ensuring data quality in the Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• De formation BAC +5 universitaire ou d’une école de commerce avec spécialisation en ventes ou marketing
• Des premières expériences en stage ou alternance en marketing/vente sont appréciées
• Vous parlez couramment l’anglais (oral et écrit)
• Vous faites preuve d’analyse et avez une bonne communication

• You have a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a university or business school, with a specialisation in sales or marketing.
• Previous internship or work-study experience in marketing and/or sales is a plus.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You have strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
