Your Role

Every new follower, every viral clip, every email subscriber is a person who just took their first step toward hearing the gospel. The teenager who discovers Johnny on TikTok and starts watching every day. The mom who sees a Reel, joins the email list, and six months later is in a daily Bible reading habit. You are the person who builds the systems and strategies that make those first encounters happen at scale.

You own growth strategy across all platforms, run a continuous experimentation engine, convert viewers into community members, and project manage content output so the team hits every deadline without dropping quality.

What You'll Own

• Growth strategy and execution across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and email, setting goals, building the roadmap, and driving results week over week

• Creative direction for viral content, collaborating with the team to identify hooks, formats, and topics that travel far and land with the right audience

• Performance analysis with weekly reports tracking views, followers, email subscribers, and engagement rates across every platform

• A/B testing engine: running continuous experiments on thumbnails, titles, captions, posting times, and content formats, then applying what works

• Funnel building: converting casual viewers into email subscribers, Discord members, and app users through strategic calls to action and landing pages

• Content scheduling and project management: owning the content calendar and managing the editing team to ensure every piece ships on time

• Trend and platform research: staying ahead of algorithm shifts, emerging formats, and cultural moments we can use to reach new audiences

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Objective 1: Launch experiments and report results

• Launch 5-10 content experiments across platforms with a full analytics report documenting what worked, what did not, and what to do next

Objective 2: Achieve measurable audience growth

• Double monthly view count across short-form platforms. Exceptional: double follower acquisition rate

Objective 3: Own content operations

• 100% on-time content scheduling for the full 90-day period

• Project manage the editing team to hit every deadline with zero missed publish dates

This Role Is NOT For You If

• You have never grown a page beyond 100,000 followers on your own

• You need someone else to set your priorities. This role requires a self-directed operator who builds systems, not someone who follows checklists

• You do not have verifiable proof of results. Links, screenshots, and data are required, not optional

• You are not comfortable working in a fast-moving, faith-based organization where the mission shapes every decision

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Portfolio of social accounts grown with verifiable proof (analytics screenshots, case studies, or live links)

• 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience focused specifically on social media growth

• Expert-level storytelling ability for viral platforms: hooks, pacing, and platform-specific formats

• Expert-level analytics skills across platform-native tools and third-party software

• Demonstrated experience building funnels from social audiences into owned channels (email, community, app)

• Proficiency in ClickUp, Google Drive, social analytics platforms, video editing software, and AI tools

Compensation

Starting at $4,000-$7,000/month depending on experience. If you are an A-player with proven results, we pay accordingly.
