Job Description

• The Service Center Coordinator is essential to maintaining our service continuity in Tokyo.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Processing and prioritizing service requests.

• Coordinating technician schedules and staff deployments.

• Maintaining rigorous documentation and service records.

• Resolving immediate client issues to maintain departmental SLAs.

• Manages the end-to-end dispatch and scheduling of service operations, ensuring high-quality client support.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any relevant field

• Must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in both Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is required to ensure a seamless hand-off of existing workflows.
